Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nurtura, LLC ("Nurtura," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with nurtura.me and the marketing and lead generation services we provide. Please read it carefully — it describes practices, including the sale and sharing of personal information with our clients and marketing partners, that may materially affect you.
1.Who we are
Nurtura is a lead generation and marketing company. We operate and promote consumer-facing marketing campaigns across television, email, SMS, search, and other digital channels in a number of consumer categories, including roofing and home services, financial technology and deposit accounts, personal and home equity lending, automobile refinancing, dentistry, and preventative health.
Nurtura is not a lender, bank, insurer, contractor, medical provider, or dental practice. We do not make credit decisions, provide medical or dental care, or perform services on your home or vehicle. We connect consumers who request information with the businesses that provide those products and services.

2.Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information we collect through nurtura.me, through the campaign websites and landing pages we operate, and through our email, SMS, and telephone communications with you. It also applies to information we receive from third parties such as marketing partners and data providers.
This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of any third party, including the businesses to which we may transfer your information. Once your information is transferred to one of those businesses, its use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
3.Information we collect
Information you provide to us
When you submit a form on one of our sites, request information, or contact us, we may collect:
- Identifiers such as your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number
- Information relevant to the product or service you inquired about — for example the type of property you own, an approximate loan amount or credit range, vehicle information, general information about the service you are seeking, or the timeframe in which you plan to act
- Commercial information such as the products or services you have expressed interest in
- The content of any message you send us and any correspondence between us
- Records of your consent, including the date and time of submission, your IP address, the web page you submitted from, and the exact disclosure language displayed to you at the time
Some campaigns may ask for information relating to health interests or financial circumstances. Depending on your state of residence, that information may be treated as sensitive personal information. Provide it only if you are comfortable doing so.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Usage information, including pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and the dates and times of your visits
- Approximate location derived from IP address, used to match you with businesses serving your area
- Information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies — see Section 7
Information we receive from third parties
- Marketing partners, publishers, and affiliates who operate their own websites and campaigns and transfer consumer inquiries to us
- Data providers who supply demographic, property, vehicle, or marketing information used to validate and improve accuracy
- Fraud prevention and verification services used to confirm that a submission is genuine
- Advertising and analytics platforms that report on campaign performance
Where a marketing partner transfers your information to us, that partner is responsible for having obtained your consent. We require our partners to obtain valid consent and to provide the supporting record on request.
4.How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- Match your inquiry with one or more businesses that offer the product or service you requested, and transfer your information to them
- Contact you by email, telephone, text message, or mail about the products or services you inquired about, and about related offers
- Operate, personalize, and improve our marketing campaigns
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, and screen out invalid submissions
- Maintain records of consent and demonstrate compliance with applicable law
- Analyze performance and conduct research and reporting
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements
5.How we disclose personal information
Our core business involves transferring your information to other businesses. This is the primary purpose for which we collect it. When you submit an inquiry, you should expect that your information will be provided to one or more of the following:
- Clients and marketing partners. Lenders, financial institutions, contractors, dental and healthcare providers, marketplaces, agencies, and other businesses that offer the products or services you inquired about. These parties may contact you directly and may retain your information under their own policies.
- Service providers. Vendors who perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, email and SMS delivery, telephony, customer relationship management, analytics, fraud prevention, and professional advisers. They are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Platforms that help us deliver, measure, and optimize marketing.
- Corporate transactions. A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, including in bankruptcy.
- Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nurtura, our users, or others.
We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6.Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
When you submit a form on one of our sites, you may be asked to agree to be contacted at the telephone number you provide. Where you give that agreement, you are providing prior express written consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from Nurtura and from the businesses identified at the point of collection, including calls and messages delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, at the number provided, even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We maintain a record of each consent, including the timestamp, IP address, originating web page, and the exact disclosure text shown to you. You may request a copy of the consent record associated with your information by contacting us at hello@nurtura.me.
How to stop hearing from us
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Telephone calls: ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, or email us at hello@nurtura.me.
Opting out with Nurtura stops communications from Nurtura. It does not automatically stop communications from businesses to which your information was already transferred — you will need to contact them directly.
7.Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember your preferences, measure campaign performance, and deliver advertising that may be more relevant to you. Some of these technologies are operated by third parties who may collect information about your activity across different websites over time.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how our sites function. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
8.Sale and sharing of personal information
Certain state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly. Under those definitions, Nurtura sells and shares personal information, and has done so in the preceding twelve months. Specifically, we transfer identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, and approximate geolocation to our clients, marketing partners, and advertising partners for monetary or other valuable consideration, and for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
You have the right to opt out. To exercise it, email us at hello@nurtura.me with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. An opt-out applies going forward and does not require you to create an account.
9.Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Know and access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Delete. Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Limit sensitive information. Where applicable, limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Portability. Obtain a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Non-discrimination. Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of states including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Montana, and others with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights to the extent those laws apply.
How to submit a request
Email hello@nurtura.me or write to us at the address in Section 1. Please tell us which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate your records — typically the name, email address, and telephone number you submitted.
We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal."
10.Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain records of consent, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with our legal obligations. Consent records are generally retained for a longer period than marketing data because we may be required to produce them to demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
11.Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full Social Security numbers or account numbers to us by email.
12.Children's privacy
Our sites and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@nurtura.me and we will delete it.
13.Third-party websites
Our sites and communications may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
14.Users outside the United States
Our services are directed to residents of the United States and our information is processed in the United States. If you access our sites from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
15.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of our sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
